Is it too late to take an Intensive French Course with Skiing ?

We’re in March and in many countries, this means the first signs of spring ! Maybe you have just found our website and are interested in one of our Learn French and Ski or Learn French and Snowboard courses but are worried that the season is over ? Our Intensive French Course combined with Skiing and Snowboarding runs until mid April and at the moment, Morzine is experiencing the best conditions it has had all season !

After a slow start to the season in terms of snowfall in the Alps, late February and early March saw abundant snowfalls in the Morzine area and the skiing conditions are now better than in January ! Add to this the sunny longer days that March and April bring and you have the perfect combination for great days on the mountain followed by your Intensive French Course from 15h-18h15 every day.

Another advantage of this time of year is the events that the resort organises. This week for example, Morzine-Avoriaz is hosting a music festival with daily concerts on the pistes that you can enjoy before heading down to the school for your Intensive French Course. Spring is also a great time to enjoy some après after your Intensive French Course with live music in the early evening sun. DJs such as chicane, live bands and acoustic sets feature in bars across Morzine and on the slopes as people relax with a drink in the sunshine !

However, if you can’t jump on a plane so quickly, what are your other options ? Well from June to September, we offer Intensive French Courses combined with Summer adventure activities such as climbing, mountain biking, hiking, multi-activity, water-sports, paragliding, and even yoga. And of course the next winter season starts in December, so if it is really the skiing that interests you, then get in touch about next winter !
