French Courses for Non-Skiers visiting Morzine

More and more non-skiers find themselves on so-called ‘ski holidays’. The idea of spending some time in the mountains is appealing to many people, even those who don’t ski for a whole variety of reasons. Some of the things that attract non-skiers to the Alps include clean crisp Alpine air, stunning panoramic views, pretty mountain villages, a change of scene and spending time with family and friends. Morzine is a beautiful, bustling mountain town with chalet-style architecture which makes it a lovely place to spend some time exploring while family and friends are up the mountain skiing.

Whether you are a francophile, looking to improve your rusty school-boy or school-girl French or a complete beginner, we have courses for all levels!

French Intensive Courses

New for 2018, Alpine French School re-designed its French Intensive Course timetable to make it more appealing to non-skiers with classes available 9h00-11h00 Monday to Friday. These courses are a great way to do something challenging, fun and sociable during your time in Morzine. Our French teachers are native French speakers and qualified and experienced teachers who know how to make French learning fun. You can even head to the slopes after your French lesson to meet the rest of your party for lunch and then have the afternoon to relax!

French Private Lessons

If you prefer individual lessons, we also offer French private lessons. We offer lessons from 08h30 to 20h00 so non-skiers can choose private lessons at a time that suits them. Work on exactly what you want, at your level and at your own pace.
