If you’re thinking of taking one of our French + Ski courses this winter, then March is a great time to come and visit Morzine! The school holidays are over so the pistes are quieter, spring is in the air and this means the days are longer, the sun is warmer. The skiing is still good but you can enjoy the sunshine for longer each day and get a bit of a tan while you are skiing or enjoying lunch in a mountain restaurant. Morzine-Avoriaz is part of the Portes du Soleil which is one of the largest ski areas in the world and includes peaks at high altitude for good snow conditions even later in the season. It is a great ski area with something for everyone: gentle tree-lines slopes for beginners to black runs, snow-parks and half-pipes for more advanced skiers and snowboarders.
Our French and Ski Intensive Courses or our French and Snowboard Intensive Courses run throughout March and into April. Every day starts with skiing and snowboarding, either with other students, or in ski or snowboard lessons. French classes don’t start until 15h00 so this gives plenty of time to explore the ski slopes before coming into Alpine French School to study! We are based in the heart of Morzine and our accommodation is also centrally located meaning you can maximise your time in the French Alps and enjoy every minute.
French classes take place from 15h00-18h15, 3 hours with a 15-minute coffee break and the focus is on learning through conversation. Our classes are taught by our native French speaker teachers who are experts in making French learning effective but fun! We welcome students of all nationalities to our school every winter who want to enjoy the mountains and improve their French at the same time.
Contact us for more information and as a special offer for March, we are offering 10% off all courses. Quote March10 and book by 3rd March to claim your discount!
