- Hotels for a bit of luxury
- Private apartments if you come with friends or family
Choose from the range of activities Morzine has to offer
Winter: skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, ski touring.
Summer: Cycling, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, water sports, stand up paddle boarding, climbing, white-water rafting, lake swimming, tennis, paragliding and much more!
Not the sporty type: the summers are surprisingly warm in the French Alps so you can sunbathe by the mountain lakes, enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine on a sunny terrace, visit local towns and cities, spend a day at a natural spa, take a day-trip into Switzerland. There is something for everyone!
Morzine is just over an hour from Geneva airport. Geneva airport can be easily accessed from all over the world with many daily flights landing from a wide range of countries. Once you arrive in Geneva, we can provide booking links for a transfer to bring you up to Morzine.
If you would like to work towards a certification of your French level, Alpine French School is a Bright Language Test Centre. This internationally recognised test gives you a level on the CECR scale. We can also help you prepare for other diplomas such as the DELF or DALF or TCF.
Why our Courses will help with your studies
We often find that university students lack the opportunity to regularly practice their spoken French. There is often a huge depth of knowledge there, but it needs ‘unblocking’! Our classes focus on communication: speaking and listening at your level. Most of our students find that their level of oral French really comes on leaps and bounds in a short space of time which helps their studies when they return to their home country.
