Events in Chamonix:

1. **Kandahar Alpine Ski World Cup:**

– Date: Saturday, 3 February, starting 5 pm (Entertainment and draw for slalom race numbers at Place du Mont-Blanc).
– Date: Sunday, 4 February, starting 9:30 am (Slalom runs at Piste Verte des Houches).

2. **Torchlight Descent:**

– Date: 15 February, starting 5 pm.
– Ski instructors from ESF will descend the Chosalets Ski area in Argentière. Free access on the Piste le Tourchet in Les Houches slope until 10 pm. Enjoy snacks and warm drinks!

3. **Ice-hockey Games:**

– Date: 13 February – Chamonix Vs Bordeaux.
– Date: 23 February – Chamonix Vs Rouen.
– Experience the thrill of ice hockey at the Richard Bozon Sports Centre from 8 pm. Tickets available at [Pionniers Chamonix](www.pionniers-chamonix.com).

 

4. **1st Winter Olympic Games – Chamonix 1924:**

– Lecture and screening of the 1924 event at Centre des Congrès le Majestic, starting from 6 pm.

5. **February Parades:**

– Street artists and musicians performing throughout the month, starting from Place du Triangle de l’Amitié at 5:30 pm.
– 12 February – JuJuBees Swing Combo.
– 19 February – Les Exquis.
– 21 February – Kafi.
– 23 February – The World of Félix.
