New for 2027: French Summer Camp Chamonix

From the Alps to London: Alpine French School at ST Alphe UK 2026

Earlier this month, the Alpine French School team headed from Morzine to London for ST Alphe UK 2026, one of the key events in the international study travel industry.

It was a fantastic opportunity to meet international education agents, reconnect with existing partners and introduce new partners to our French courses and programmes in Morzine and Chamonix.

Meeting our international partners

We met with agents to discuss our programmes and the experiences we offer students, families and groups.

We talked about everything from French courses for adults and summer programmes for children and teenagers, to tailor-made group and family stays combining French lessons with mountain activities and cultural experiences.

Meeting our partners face-to-face is always a highlight. It gives us the chance to exchange ideas, talk about new projects and better understand what students and families are looking for when choosing a French language stay.

A special moment at the ST Star Awards

This year’s event was even more memorable as Alpine French School was nominated for the ST Star Awards 2026 in the French Language School category.

The awards bring together organisations from across the international study travel industry, making the nomination a wonderful recognition of our team and the relationships we have built with our partners around the world.

It was a pleasure to celebrate alongside other language schools and industry professionals in London.

Bringing a little bit of the Alps to London

Of course, we couldn’t spend a few days in London without talking about the Alps!

We shared our vision of learning French in a mountain environment, where students can combine their lessons with outdoor activities, local culture and the experience of living in an authentic Alpine town.

From skiing and snowshoeing in winter to hiking, cycling and exploring in summer, Morzine and Chamonix offer plenty of opportunities to practise French beyond the classroom.

A big merci to everyone we met during ST Alphe UK 2026, to our long-standing partners and to all the new agents who took the time to discover Alpine French School.

We are looking forward to welcoming new students and continuing to build our international partnerships from the French Alps.
