Based in Morzine, Alpine French School is placed in the perfect location to offer French Summer Camps for families looking for a holiday with a difference! Maybe you don’t enjoy traditional beach holidays and or maybe you are looking to get more out of a holiday. Or perhaps you need your children and teenagers to be occupied during at least part of their summer break with something challenging and active to stop them from going stir crazy, and you too!

Our French Summer Camp offers a perfect mix of learning and great activities to ensure that all of the children and teenagers who attend not only have a great time, but come away feeling like they have achieved something! Children need to be challenged to progress and the fun lessons provided by our teachers have just the right balance of work and play so that they will improve their French without feeling like they’re stuck in school in their summer holidays. One of the main remarks from parents after their children attend our French Summer Camp is a change in attitude. It is commonly known that most children can actual do a lot of things if they are motivated and put their mind to it. However, if they don’t like their French teacher and don’t see the point in learning French, then they will rarely excel. Our teachers instill a sense of purpose and usefulness in learning French so that children leave our French Summer Camp wanting to learn French and this is more important than the amount of vocabulary or grammar that they cover during the camp.

And what about the parents? Some parents need to work remotely while their children are at our French Summer Camp, so from 9h-17h30 while their children are attending the camp, they use this time to catch up on work. We can arrange accommodation with internet connections to make working from France very easy. Or maybe you would like to learn some French yourself while you are in France? If so, then our group French Intensive Courses or our private French Intensive Courses are a great way to improve your French and socialise with other adult learners in a relaxed environment in our adult school. Or maybe you want to make the most of your time in the French Alps to get active? If so, Morzine is the perfect place with hiking, mountain biking, adventure activities, watersports, golf, paragliding, canoeing, paddle boarding and much more.
