In order to apply for professional training funding, we need to find out which organisation you are attached to. We can do this by looking at your Attestation de versement CFP for the previous year
How do I find it?
Micro-entrepreneurs
Micro-entrepreneurs: the document is made available from early February each year
Go to the URSSAF website where you make your income declarations: Mes documents – mes attestations – dropdown menu: attestation de contribution formation professionnelle – Valider & Click on « télécharger mon attestation »
Business Owner / manager
Either:
– Ask your accountant for the most recent version of the «attestation CFP (Contribution à la Formation Professionnelle) »
– On the website « sécurité sociale des indépendants » : login – mes cotisations – mes attestations – demander une attestation : drop down menu : « attestation CFP » télécharger / ouvrir – save the doc.
Email us the document.
Once we know who the funding organisation is, we can let you or your manager know what funding is available. Please note that this funding is only available for professional development so the course must primarily be focused on professional needs and secondly on personal needs.
You’ll then select a training package which, depending on the amount of funding and your needs might include a mixture of private, group lessons and/or online learning.
Once we know what package you would like to take and the timeframe of your course, we prepare an application for the professional funding on your behalf.
This is an exclusive service that we offer our students which other training centres do not.
If you are a business owner, you will need to pay for your course, you’ll be refunded after the end of your course by your funding organisation.
You can pay for your course in a one off payment, or installments.
It is your responsibility to complete all the hours selected with your package (face-to face lessons, e-learning etc). Funding organisations will only refund the completed hours which means that you will be personally liable to pay for any uncompleted hours the package originally included.
At the end of your training, Alpine French School Samoëns apply for your refund.
You will receive a refund which can take between 4-8 weeks depending on the funding organisation.
