Government training budgets for learning French “Formation Professionnelle”

How do they work?

Businesses pay so many contributions and taxes in France and it is nice to be able to get something back in return! This government budget can be organised by Alpine French School (formerly Lost In Translation) and thus spent on French lessons with us. The training budgets are provided through different organisations, depending on your business’s main activity.

Who is entitled?

French business owners, auto-entrepreneurs and employees on seasonal or permanent French contracts are entitled to a training budget. This budget can be spent on professional training such as French courses.

How do I apply for my budget?

Alpine French School can find out about your budget entitlement via your SIRET number. We organise all of the paperwork for you to try and make the process as hassle-free as possible! We also follow through your application and help you in case of any problems or extra questions that you may be asked. We have 12 years of experience of working with professional training budgets, so please contact us to find out more about your individual situation!

One thing to remember is that you need to apply for your training budget in advance of your training course. Try and contact us 8 weeks before you would like to start your lessons.

What courses can I use my budget for?

When we speak to you to arrange your budget application, we will discuss suitable course options with you depending on your level, objectives and availability for lessons. We offer several different lesson packages from weekly evening courses, à la carte workshops and intensive courses so we have something to suit everyone!
